Enquiries and orders: patient name, notes and remarks, configurator data and information about transferring data from a previous shipment. Pictures and Video: from orthotic devices, components and patients.

IMPORTANT: When using our configurator, certain patient data is entered. We use this data to determine the suitable products for the patient.
The following patient data may be required by the configurator: age, height, body weight, tibial-plateau-ground measurement, pelvic width, pelvic support, diagnosis.
You can also enter further voluntary data about the patient and their treatment in the configurator. This also applies to data you send us by FAX or telephone.

Information about our customers is important for us and helps to optimise our business. We do not sell or pass on this information to a third party.

Furthermore, information in a shopping cart including: patient name, notes, configurator data, as well as information included in transferred earlier shipments e.g., status, discount where applicable, and resulting price. As the main user, data of your authorized users in "Authorized Users": first and last names, e-mail addresses, passwords. Data contained in "Address Book": street, postal code, city, country, telephone, fax and e-mail with corresponding contact person and title/position, address, first name, surname, direct telephone, fax and e-mail. Information contained in "Terms": individual component group rebates, overall rebate, agreed upon payment terms. Information contained in "Volume": list price, purchase volume with early payment discounts by period, and according to corresponding product groups and time periods.
